On the one year anniversary of Beyoncé’s iconic Coachella performance, an in depth behind the scenes film was released on Netflix in order to allow fans to relive the historical moment. Kayleigh Mae Hogan has peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the age of 14. Surrounded by her family, pets, and in her mother’s arms, Kayleigh finally earned her angel wings after battling with different types of cancer for 6 years, since the age of 8. She has left behind her mom, dad and three siblings, Shayla, Cameron and Brendan Many of Kayleigh’s famous idols have reached out to her via video to send her positive vibes. Some of these famous people include, Dwayne Johnson AKA ‘The Rock’, Ed Sheeran and Mark Wahlberg. Zdeno Chara, Kayleigh’s favorite player from the National Hockey League sent her a signed jersey as a gift. A player from the National Football League, the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback, Andy Dalton also gave her a personalized jersey with her name on it that he had signed.
Excitement regarding Disney’s new live action movie has reached new heights as the trailer for the newest installment of ‘The Lion King’ was released. Only 100 days out from the official theater release on July 19th, fans are anxious to see one of their favorite childhood movies brought to life. Based on the trailer, it seems that the remake is a shot-for-shot recreation of the original 1994 classic.
Starring Donald Glover as Simba, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Seth Rogen as Pumba, and Beyonce as Nala, fans are excited to hear the new cast as the voice of their favorite wildlife characters. The trailer features realistic footage of the African savannah filled with giraffes, antelopes, and zebras. Beginning with a young Simba, the voice of Scar begins giving the cub some advice. “Life’s not fair is it, my little friend? While some are born to feast, others spend their lives in the dark, begging for scraps.” Fans also get to hear Mufasa’s voice, hinting at one of the most iconic lines of the movie while speaking wisdom to Simba. “You must take your place in the circle of life.”

On tuesday april 2nd, West Clermont High School had an ALICE lockdown drill. Around 2:20 pm, the students in the school were to evacuate the school and go to the “safety zones” around the school. The three locations are : the football field home stands, Mount carmel Christian Church, which is right across the street from the school, and the last place is the Southern Ohio Manufacturing inc, which is on the other side of Clough Pike. Of course since this was just a drill, so the students had a specific spot to go to based on what floor of the building they were on. Spring please come to Ohio at full force! I know this may seem crazy to think about since your allergies will be all out of whack, but to be honest with you I would rather have puffy eyes then have my skin dry! Ever since I was younger I have always applied lotions like it was nobody’s business! I still continue this in my everyday life, but during the seasons changes, and especially during the colder month my skin is extremely dry! It feels almost as if it beyond repair!
